FAQ for Eloping

Here the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:

q-icon  What Location will our Ceremony be held?

We will give you suggestions on the best public location for your ceremony.  Ranging from a beautiful Headland with a wide sweeping backdrop of Coastline and Ocean, to being right at the water’s edge on the Beach setting or a lovely Grassed reserve with the Ocean Backdrop.

Once you have arrived and checked in to your accommodation, these areas will be explained to you.  You can then take a look at these locations and confirm with us what you have decided. We will then be all set up on the day of your wedding ready for your arrival.

q-icon   How quick can we be married?

According the the Federal Law in Australia, the minimum notice required to be legally married is 1 month and 1 day from the date that your Notice of Intent to Marry form is lodged.

q-icon What documents are required to be legally married?

If you are Australian citizens you will need to have Birth certificates.  If either partner has been previously Married they will also need to have their documentation of Divorce. If you are not an Australian citizen then your passport will be required.

q-icon Can we be Married in Australia if we live in a different Country?

The simple answer is Yes with the exception of a few countries.

q-icon Can we include children in our ceremony?

If you would like your children to take a role in your ceremony they are most welcome to be involved.

q-icon Do you offer a payment plan for your packages?

Yes, at the time of booking let us know that you wish to make payments and we will arrange this with you.

q-icon How do we make a booking?

Its easy, just confirm your wedding date with us and the package that you have chosen. We will then check availability and send through further payment details on how to secure your elopement package. Your booking payment can be by Visa, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
